전체적으로 직원들도 친절하고 분위기도 좋았습니다. 다만 비가 오는 날에는 차를 타고 내리거나 짐을 옮기는데 힘든 부분이 많습니다. 아이를 동반한 가족단위가 많을텐데 개선이 필요해 보입니다.

방은 작지만 조용하고 괜찮은 호텔 여름에 아이들과 오기에 좋아요 바로앞에 풀장이 있어서 그러나 방에 테이블하나 없는건 좀 그렇지요

시설 내 먹거리, 즐길 거리가 좋은 추억을 완성시켜 준 여행

가든디럭스 투숙객. 숙박시설만 보고 간다면 실망스러울 수도 있을 것. 시설이 낡은 편이며 안락하긴 하지만 객실 내부가 넓지 않아 답답할 수 있음. 호텔 내에 고양이들이 많이 돌아다니므로 고양이를 싫어하거나 무서워하는 사람은 힘들 수 있음. 호텔 내 요트 투어, 불곰횟집, 산책로 모두 만족스러우며 직원 분들이 친절하셔서 호텔에 대한 전체적 인상이 좋은 편.

사진대로 정말 동남아 리조트 느낌이 나고 바로 앞에 수영장이 있어서 너무 좋았습니다. 직원들도 너무 친절하고 수영장도 온수라서 놀기가 편했습니다. 그런데 룸안에 콘센트가 별로 없고 베드가 너무 높아서 아이들이 있으면 좀 위험할거 같네요!

숙박 당일 날씨가 많이 추워져 수영장운영을 안해서 조금 아쉬웠네요. 그걸 제외하고는 주변 경치, 리조트내 조경, 객실 시설 등등 괜찮은 곳이었습니다.

바닷가 바로 앞이라 어느정도는 감안하고 가셔야해요! 단 한겨울은 모르겠지만 요즘에도 홈키파 같은것은 챙겨가면 좋으실거에요! 벽면에 여기저기 모기자국이 있어서 청결전체에 영향을 주는것은 아니지만 모기가 무지 많아요 ㅠㅠ 사실 모기라는게 호텔측에 얘기해도 어떻게 뭐 와서 잡아줄수는 없기때문에 파도소리의 운치를 선택했다면 모기에 대한 대비책은 꼭 챙겨가세요

너어무 더럽네요. 수건에 자국들, 우유상한냄새, 이불에 이상한 얼룩들 화장실에 머리카락, 축축한 상태였던 욕실상태 등 너무너무 별로예요

비싼돈 주고갔는데, 솔직히 별로였어요... 온돌 스위트 묵었는데, 수영장 물에는 부유물이랑 머리카락 둥둥 떠 다니고, 숙소 온돌매트리스 밑에는 죽은 벌레들도 엄청 많았구요... 시설을 잘 만들어 놨는데, 관리가 잘 안되는거 같더라구요.. 아쉬움... 직원들 서비스는 굉장히 좋았음...

최고의 여름휴가

풀은 허벅지까지 와서 물놀이 정도에 그쳤지만 테라스에 앉아 보는것만으로도 좋았음. 바다 산책도 좋았음. 다만 매점의 가격이 전반적으로 너무 비싸고 야외에 가요 틀어놓은 소리가 너무 컸음. 그래도 대부분이 훌륭함

생각보다 야외 수영장이 작아서 아쉬웠어요ㅠ 수영장이랑 가까우려면 30x호를 선택하는게 좋을듯.. 저흰 좀 걸어가서 했습니다. 날씨가 엄청 더웠는데 미온수 풀에다 수질이 그렇게 좋은 편은 아니었어요ㅎ 침대도 높아서 멀리서 점프해서 올라갔습니다; 뭔가 기대를 많이 해서 그런지 조금 아쉬웠네요~

체크인 당시 담당자가 1명 뿐이라 어수선한 분위기라 처음에는 기분이 그렇게 좋지는 못했으나 이후 숙박시설의 청결함, 분위기, 체크인 이후의 직원들의 서비스들이 괜찮아서 전반적으로는 매우 만족합니다. 가족들과 함께 가기에 아주 좋은 리조트입니다.
