"부모님과 지인 부부 여행을 위해 시티 더블룸 2개를 예약해드렸습니다. 체크인 과정에서 예약번호를 요청받았다고 하는데, 호텔스닷컴에서 받은 예약 관련 메일을 확인해도 현장에서 말씀하신 예약번호가 무엇인지 찾기 어려워 체크인에 시간이 조금 걸렸습니다. 결국 부모님께 연락이 와서 제가 예약 메일을 캡처해 전달해야 했습니다. 이후 객실이 각각 6층과 2층으로 배정됐다는 연락을 받았습니다. 같은 조건의 객실 2개를 함께 예약한 터라 적어도 같은 층으로 배정될 거라고 생각했는데, 같은 층을 요청하니 예약 당시 미리 요청했어야 하며 현재는 가능한 객실이 없다는 답변을 들었다고 합니다. 사전 요청 사항이었다면 제가 미처 확인하지 못한 부분이니 이 부분 자체는 이해합니다. 다만 일행이 함께 체크인하는 동일 조건의 객실 2개인데 층이 크게 떨어져 배정된 점은 아쉬웠습니다. 가장 아쉬웠던 건 객실과 전망입니다. 오션뷰를 예약한 것은 아니지만 객실명이 ‘시티 더블룸’이라 적어도 일반적인 시티뷰 정도는...

"전체적으로 사용에 불편한 점은 없었습니다. 단지 샤워장 문이 없어서 사워하는 동안 샤워하는 물이 화장실쪽으로 튀어 들어가는 불편함이 있었습니다. 이 부분은 얇은 커튼을 설치하거나 하여 사용자가 불편하지 않도록 보완하시는 것이 좋겠습니다. 아침식사는 가장 만족한 메뉴이고, 직원들도 매우 친절하여 인상 깊었습니다. 감사합니다."

"This is a beautiful hotel and my bridge-view suite offered a truly gorgeous view. The room was clean, the bed was big and comfortable, the hotel has many wonderful amenities. I ordered room service one day and it was delicious, and the food at the hof was great too! Staff were all friendly and helpful. I did find the room could use more soundproofing. The reason I’m only giving four stars is because it’s a beautiful but inconvenient location, if you don’t have a car with you. I thought there would be a lot of walkable areas along the coast nearby but nothing was easily accessible. But, if you have a vehicle with you or don’t mind waiting for cabs all the time, it’s a very nice location. Yeosu and Dolsan and all the islands are very beautiful."

"Hotel location is convenient and walking distance to cable cars and OhDong Island. It feels safe to walk at night. Staff are friendly and amenities were sufficient for our stay. Breakfast buffet was really good so try to book the breakfast buffet at the time of booking in order to get a discount; otherwise it is 50,000 won."

"I would give 5 stars on the property alone but taking a star away for the front desk. They did absolutely nothing to make us feel welcome. No explanation of the property, WiFi, breakfast, etc. just checked us in with minimal effort. The property is huge but stunning. We went to Namhae to visit the temple and a few other sites but wish we had more time on property. Make sure to walk all around for the most gorgeous scenery and views. There is a cafe/wine bar/eatery detached from the main which is a must visit especially at sunset. We were just in awe at how beautiful the scenery was. Take time to soak it in. Rooms were good. Comfy beds. Ate at the main Korean restaurant that was pretty good."
