Lot of history with the building. it is a working farm. While not modern rooms they retain the character of the building and have everything you need. Ensuites are modern and fully renovated. Bed extremely comfortable. Owner very friendly and helpful. Lovely little village with a lovely pub within walking distance that had great meals. The place really grows on you and you get some understanding of the history of the place. Highly recommend!

Lovely location in a charming village, close to Castle Combe. We had a drink in the bar and dinner in the restaurant, both of which were great. The bed & pillows were excellent, and the host quickly supplied the top sheet we asked for. Fast wifi ticked the box. A little milk for tea or coffee would have been good, also the shower gel container was empty, but we would have no reservations in recommending the Neeld Arms for a stay!

A lovely place to stay in a great town. Very clean, comfortable guesthouse with helpful staff. Easy walking distance to town while being away from the hustle & bustle. Generous breakfast with plenty of choice. I'd gladly stay there again when next visiting Bath.

We were impressed by our room, service, welcome and breakfast. We were also given a discount card for attractions and food in Bath. Entrance on the corner of 2 streets and the tight parking was very interesting. Easy walking to the centre of Bath. Would recommend the place to anyone who asks.
