The Arrivals reception area on the 15th floor had amazing views looking out over the parliament buildings area. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. "The hotel is in a great location. We arrived early and were able to check in straight away. We were given a free upgrade to a beautiful room that had a kitchenette and lounge area. The room was spotlessly clean and quiet. Bed was comfy and black out curtains ensured a good sleep. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay again."
