The layout of the villa was good. There were ice cubes in the freezer, the milk provided was sufficient to make a few cups of coffee. I liked the area in the 'backyard' which also had a clothes line and nicely maintained grass out the back and front. The location was disappointing, although I didn't really consider that it's on the main road of Queanbeyan. The bathroom was disgusting. The tiles on the edge of the bath were broken and cracked with bits missing. The bath/shower was a good design but it was filthy, black mould on the outskirts of the bath and tiles, the drain was dirty and so I used one of the towels provided to stand on whilst showering. The basin drain was obviously blocked or obstructed because after having the tap on to wash your hands or brush teeth, it would be full the take half a day to drain the water out. The actual tap itself didn't even align with the basin so every use would result in a watery mess dripping onto the floor.
The floor near the bed and the skirting boards were dirty and dusty.
The front door and screen door didn't have any kind of stop on either of them and so carrying stuff in or out (watch the big step - dangerous for me 2 year old) of the room with two hands meant having to juggle with the stuff and open the 2 doors which then slammed behind me.
The car park is directly in front of the villas and is a gravel carpark so it was very noisy with people coming and going.
There was no body lotion and only one roll of toilet paper.
