"We enjoyed our two night stay at Crowne Plaza. The hotel is in a great location, close to Crown Casino and DFO with trams out front and trains nearby. The staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating, from reception to concierge and also very professional. Our room had spectacular river views and there were many lovely louge areas around the hotel too, as well as filtered water refill stations available. The only small downside was that I don’t prefer carpet and the glass bathroom door opening right onto the bed didn't allow much privacy, as having the layout of the bathroom and wardrobes switched around, would've worked better. The gym and outdoor pool looked very nice and well maintained. "

"Smooth checking park easy just next door, literally. On track forecast access to tram root 70 to Rod Laver Arena. A bit small. But small and expensive. However ticks the boxes of convince. Pretty much what your paying for. Location. "

"The room was kept clean and tidy. There was almost everything included for a family stay for the rate we received. Additionally, as I mentioned it is my wife's birthday the property even included a surprise gift for us. That was a surprise for us and really enjoyed it! Always recommending the Clarion Suites by Choice Hotels and it would be a shame not mentioning about the amazing view of the Yarra River and the Melbourne Skyline from the River view room we received. Thank you so much for it! I would hopefully go to a higher level next time! :-) "
