"While the staff were very friendly and accommodating, my overall experience was disappointing. Upon collecting the keys, I walked into reception and was immediately met with a strong curry odor, which was quite unpleasant. Unfortunately, my room was located right next to reception, and the smell had permeated the space, making it difficult for me and my fellow travelers to relax. I had to sleep with the window open, which meant dealing with noise from passing pedestrians, and my companions couldn’t do the same because their window screen was broken. Additionally, there was no designated parking spot for my room and no mini refrigerator provided. To their credit, the staff did assist in resolving both issues, which I appreciated. However, after an eight-hour drive from Melbourne, I expected a more comfortable stay. Overall, I was very disappointed."

"Everything you need. It was clean and tidy. Plenty of extra bedding and pillows. Very fresh to walk into. Aircon worked well convenient to the shops and hospital. Easy parking and very quiet. Would stay there again 100%"
