Holiday Homes in Xpu-Ha

"The house and cenote is beautiful."

"We checked in with friends and were horrified to find a dusgusting property that reeked of mold, had disgusting things in the refridgerator such as someone’s needles and dirty kitchen drawers. We were so shocked and revolted that we left although we had just purchased 500 worth of groceries. I have stayed at numerous vrbo’s and never had an issue until now. Trying to get a refund. We are out 6,000 and we were only there an hour or two. Should have been suspicious by the lack of reviews. We...

"Pros: Very cozy dome, good AC, private bathrooms, good furnishings, very cute property, free local cenote was a highlight, quietCons: Wifi works sporadically and isn't strong when it connects (we couldn't rely on it even for WhatsApp, which made coordinating reservations a challenge), the property looks nice but the fountains empty into long troughs of standing water so the mosquitoes were TERRIBLE (far worse than even walking in the jungle that surrounds the area, and so bad that nobody ever...

"Our extended family of 11 had a wonderful stay at Casa Ligera in Akumal! Perfect location and a beautiful home with the best view! We loved being able to walk to some great restaurants, Yal-Ku Lagoon, and the beach. Caretakers Cesar and Doris took great care of us during our stay, and Host Michelle was very responsive. "

"Mi experiencia no fue nada agradable pues fui el día que iba a entrar. Más nadie estaba allí. Hablé varias veces por teléfono 📞 y nadie me contestó. Anduve buscando hotel con mi familia a esa hora. NO cumplieron "

"We loved staying in this home! We love the location. Everything we needed to have a comfortable stay. The host was very responsive and helpful. It was a great week of relaxing and adventure. "

"We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely return here when in Cozumel. It was clean, secure, great location, and completely hassle-free. We got to enjoy Cozumel with lots of space and it felt like a second home."

"Cumplió las espectativas"

"Jam was amazing and helped with our questions and concerns. We had a great stay. The dome was clean, bathroom was clean. We had a great Jacuzzi. The property was so welcoming. We arrived very late (1130 pm) and Jam still showed us around and made us feel welcomed. It was in the jungle but within walking distance from a nearby town. Amazingggg stay and we would definitely go back again. "
