"I booked this home in a gated community of Lunamar for an escape of my Canadian winter and my love for Mexico and the food. I booked for a 5 week stay. initially, the first two weeks I was alone, so the house was amply comfortable, with 3 bed & bathrooms, kitchen/living/dining room a very small outdoor patio off the kitchen that is presently unfinished with gravel flooring and a wonderful 3rd floor patio with a covered tarp and solar lighting at night. "We just returned from 9 days in Playa Del Carmen and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sal's place. The condo was even nicer than the photos as was the pool. The complex where the condo is has very nice security staff and all the residents we saw were all very friendly. Seems like a really nice community. "Needs new furniture. All the furniture dinning and living room furniture old and stain. Needs Shower doors in all bathrooms. Water was going all over the floor. Needs new Kitchen cabinets. Rail in the stairs. My 88 yr old mother needed help to go up and down the stairs. Needs new toilet seats covers. According, to a lady is not a hotel and they only gave us 6 towels for 7 day stay. We had to go to a laundry mat to wash our towels. Security guards were amazing and very helpful. Security guard...
