"First of all, as soon as we arrived we had 2 toddlers and luggage and nobody even opened the front door for us. The service was terrible. We weren't able to shower for 2 days since the shower in our room was broken. We called the front desk and someone eventually came the next day and the shower was still not working properly. For a room of 4 people, only 2 towels were provided and we had to keep asking for more. After sharing that our stay was very bad, they offered us 15k points towards a future hilton stay. On the upside, the coffee was good and the restaurant inside the hotel was very good and had good service. It's a good pick for someone who missed their flight but not someone visiting Rhode Island, in general."

"The key cards would not work. The front desk person didnt rushed us at check in and did not give any info about breakfast, shuttle or anything- just told us where to park. The beds were really hard and AC was very loud. It was okay for the price and convenience being close to Foxwoods. "
