"Thank you for letting us stay the other day. I was happy to see giraffes from the balcony. As soon as I opened the front door, there were deer and alpacas, which were cute. Everything from dinner to dessert was delicious. The staff were also kind, which we are grateful for as we are not good at English. Touching the rhinos on the morning tour was a good memory."

"Last minute booking for a work trip from Melbourne. Easy to park and walk to reception. Friendly staff greeted me and check in was quick. Freaked out when I saw another guest checking with a 'dog'. Had I have known it was a pet friendly hotel I wouldn't have come here. But fortunately I didn't hear any animals. Room was nice and view wasn't too bad. Well furnished.
