We had a 2BR spa bath ensuite apartment on the 6th floor for 3 nights overlooking Cooyong Street and the Telecom tower.
This is a place you stay at for convenience of the eateries, not for peace and quiet.
You can hear the noises outside on the street at night. It didn't bother me at all, or my partner much, but for those light sleepers I can imagine this isn't for you. The apartment was out on a "wing" with exposed balconies at the front door, but I believe all rooms exposed to the street noise.
The main living room is very spacious, which is lucky because the rooms are tiny.
The shower head in the main bathroom was horrendous, we had to use the spa bath shower which was only a bit better.
They are quite dated rooms, but everything worked.
Was warm with the main room aircon on.
Underground secure parking is on a first come first served basis and costs extra $15/night. If you miss a spot they went you to another building apparently.
Great location for eating out, with two major areas to chose from, you are right next to everything in that regard. There is a 24hr drive through McDonalds in the basement of the bulding!
Concierge staff were nice.
