"Always staying here when going to town. Clean, big rooms, easy parking near by and walking distance to the water and shops. The friendly staff is always happy to give great recommendations about food and thing to do. Can highly recommend staying here!"

"Well maintained hotel and easy to get to the city central. We were not initially allowed rooms next to each other, although was requested when booking. However, Brian at the reception was very nice to accommodate the our rooms on the same level and made our stay enjoyable. The restaurant and Bar was great. The person serving at the bar was very friendly and made some amazing drinks for us! "

"This location just off the Cairns Esplanade.We took several excursions and the tours were able to pick us up from this location. Breakfasts were very good and the outside deck was a great place to have a drink and snack after a long day. Would love to go back here again. "

"Not much information giving to us when we arrived. Everything was well kept and the pool was fabulous. Things we were not informed of were things like umbrella use, bikes for hire, when we asked about transport one of the staff gave us a look like we should know. Being out of country these things would have beneficail"

"Very comfortable and in a great location with views across the water. Very close to the reef ferry terminal and a short stroll to the main drag. Has a slight air of tropical decay, but everything was clean and the service excellent."

"We loved this property! It is so close to the ferry terminal so if you’re going to the reef is very convenient to just walk right over there and get on your boat. There are also tons of restaurants, especially Asian varieties for dining options as well as a night market. I would totally stay here again."

"Umbrellas offered when raining, nice big pool, would be great to have a spa when the pool is too cold. "
