Hi guys,i had a pleasant stay. Clean,staff friendly, aircon wa obviously set to not use much power,and my room was not cool enough. The motel,hotel was average,will look for different accommodation in future.Was placed convenient to most places of interest

Good facilities and location, just doesn’t have elevators so if your on 3rd floor be prepared to cart luggage up. Also limited hot water one night didn’t get home until around 9pm and there wasn’t any hot water for a shower. But otherwise nice rooms and budget friendly.

Top place to stay at in Cairns

Very friendly staff welcomed with a smile and hoped we had a safe trip to our accomodation. Would recommend this as a very friendly and very good place to stay even if only for overnight or a few days.

Lovely staff, clean hallways, super hot water... the downside - the air conditioner controls had a paper taped loosely over them, no instructions or warnings. Turned the air conditioner on...it blew black mould clumps all over the bed and floor. Looked out the screenless window. The pipe that is supposed to direct water from the air con is completely unattached. The water is running directly onto the air con on the floor below. To fix this problem, a towel has been thrown over the lower air con. It is hugely mouldy. Great for the people in that room. A pedestal fan replaces the air con in our room. It's Cairns. Thankfully it's the tail end of winter, because a pedestal fan isn't going to cut it in summer. Yes, it was an economy room, but I was expecting a little more.
