"Nice enough place to stay, excellent swimming pool which really made it for us!! Room was dated, but perfectly suitable for our needs. Felt like the bedding could do with renewal, was clean but visibly old & worn. Staff we met were lovely! "

"We turn up the place was derelict as a sign on the door saying go to the Colton hotel and there wasn’t any space in the Carlton. I was with my four-year-old daughter. I then had to book another hotel to stay in Bournemouth. Absolutely disgusted with the service that I’ve got, I am waiting for a phone call to be Redeemed my money and I want compensate for this. Absolutely disgusting. Can’t believe it was even allowed to be booked. "
