Very easy check in. Great location. Only problem was the carpark is too tight, we had to leave the vehicle on the road, bad scratch and dent we assumed from the rubbish truck.

There was a dirty bath towel on the bathroom floor and no milk in the fridge when we checked in. We had to take the dirty towel to the cleaner who was outside who apologised. Reception did give us milk when we asked. It was a long walk from our room to reception, buffet breakfast every morning and other amenities.

If you want to use bath tub, you need to bring your own shampoo and soap. The front desk staff is always busy and some of them are not knowledgeable ...
