The cottage was beautifully appointed and had excellent amenities. The view from the patio was stunning. We would highly recommend this lovely cottage by the sea.

Thank you for your kind review and feedback. Yes our wifi has been slow this past week with a problem with our NBN satellite connection but hopefully it is now fixed. Beds are certainly a personal preference and I am sorry that our bed was not to your liking. We look forward to seeing you again one day in the future

Stunning stay!
What an amazing stay. Cottage #3 is a beautiful property with stunning views over the ocean. Across the road is a secluded beach. Bryan, the owner, made us feel very welcome. It's close to Apollo Bay and Kennett River so a great location. I would highly recommend it.

We will be back!
Perfect place to stay for a great ocean road getaway. Beautifully presented, comfortable, clean. Service is terrific - not in your face, but there if you need them. Can not recommend highly enough.

Perfection!
Lovely cottage, well appointed and stunning location. Restful and very comfortable; close enough to Apollo Bay and a good starting point to see local sights, but we had a wonderful time just messing about going for walks on the property and down to the beach, reading, and playing board games. A highlight was the window seat, which was big enough for three of us to snuggle and read and from which we spotted whales not far out from the beach. Thanks so much Bryan and Joan. We hope to return and will recommend to our family and friends.

ThNk you for your lovely thoughts. Yes it is currently whale season and we have had whales out the front of the Cottages the past couple of days. Whale season runs June till October so plenty of time to come and visit us again. :)

Dream Accomodation
This cottage (3) is perfect. High end finishes as well as decor. Views of the ocean from the cottage and deck are unobstructed. Attentive host! Gift on arrival with starter items. Viewed a koala nearby on the property and wallabies grazed on the lawn. A perfect experience.

Amazing spot with great views, beach access
We could not have been happier with this accommodation. Amazing views, extremely well kept and presented cottage, amazing views up and down the coast. They even have a resident Koala. We woke one morning to see a pod of Dolphins just cruising down the coast. Could not recommend this place highly enough.

Fabulous place to stay
Cottage with magnificent views of the beach/sea. Bryan is a great host offering many tips about the surrounding area to visit including good restaurants. The cottage is lovely, modern and clean with a most comfortable bed. Welcome hamper which includes wine and nibbles is terrific. We saw wallabies on the property and there is plenty of gorgeous birdlife to watch from the balcony. Three cottages all very private and all have great views. Our second visit and will definitely return!

Cottage with spectacular view of the ocean.
The cottage provides a memorable experience. The view of the waves breaking on the beach is mesmerizing. We ate supper each night on the porch, not wanting to lose an opportunity for such an experience. The cottage is well equipped and the manager quite helpful. Guests seem to compete for superlatives in their guest book entries.

Highly recommend
We thoroughly enjoyed our two day weekend away. The accommodation was perfect, very comfortable, clean and private. It has beautiful ocean views and all the little touches that make a trip away very special. It was very relaxing and peaceful. We didn't want to leave.

We loved it!
Beautiful, modern, well equiped, private cottage with a view to die for! Care pack on arrival and the cold white went down at treat, nice touch thanks Bryan. The view stretched from one side of the cottage to the other, waking up to that view in the morning was hard work, but hey someone has to do it! Close to the beach, great for photography when the sun is setting, just gorgeous! Overall a wonderful, relaxing few days and I would 'highly recommend' this to anyone who needs to smell the fresh sea air and forget about all your worries for a few days, I certainly did.

What an escape!
If you are looking to feel like you have your own little piece of the great ocean road all to yourself than this is for you! The cottage from the moment you open the door renders you speechless. The view, the design to your very own welcome pack! You literally cross the road to what feels like a secluded beach no one has ever stepped foot on... It could be the perfect great ocean road escape!

Good Base for Great Ocean Road
The host, Bryan James was very welcoming. He checked-in with me almost immediately after I reached the accommodation. He also provided a few recommendations on places to dine at. It was very thoughtful of him to prepare a few L'Occitane products, a welcome hamper with snacks and complimentary wines, beer, coffee and tea. The accommodation was perfect. You got to wake up to the beautiful sunrise as well as the sound of the waves from the ocean. Port Campbell is about 1.5 hr drive away while Apollo Bay is 10 mins drive away. So we found that it is a really good base to do GOR.

We are quite surprised when we reached the cottage as it is above our expectation. It has a very excellent ocean view that we love it very much. Each cottage is isolated and quite far apart on it's own that we have our own privacy. It is just like the banyan tree resort. Will recommend to our friends.

Stunning Luxe cabin #3 beautifully furnished and every need anticipated. Wildlife bonus. Great location for exploring the GOR. Go to th 12 Apostles after you make your Nespresso coffee and froth your milk from your goodie bag. No crowds before noon. Treat yourself and leave time to just stay home and enjoy the location and the ammenities. Definitely barbecue and dine in for the beautiful twilight hours. Look up for the stars.

Amazing ocean road cottage
Amazing accommodation right off the great ocean road with sweeping panoramic views of the ocean and road. Our cottage seemed fairly new, and was clean, well designed and provided lots of extra goodies that just added that extra something to make the stay more enjoyable. The owners were close yet far away, giving us total privacy but replying quickly via sms to any queries.
