"The Palmer Collective is centrally located in Townsville. It has its own bar and restaurant and this is the highlight of the property. The rooms are quite small, and unless I am mistaken servicing is only changing any towels and making the bed. If it is supposed to include light cleaning of the shower, toilet and basin then this is not done at all. We stayed her on two occasions and the biggest problem we had was the cleanliness of the service, when done. Nor is there any information available about the servicing.
The Bar and Restaurant are great, staff are very helpful, food and drink is excellent and a reasonable price considering the many options in the locality.
Parking is free and behind the hotel with plenty of available parking."
"stay was amazing once again got a new side room 10 much quieter and alot more room. loved it will stay again even if I did stay in the room much due to surgery my husband and I loved it as always "
"Good location and a fun vibe - helpful staff and it's convenient for food and drinks
Although the bar by the rooms closed at 10pm the music from an adjoining establishment and ongoing shouting in the street continued past midnight - not an issue last time I stayed, but my room this time was closest to the street."
