"This is a beautifully designed unit in a perfect location -- very close to all that Midtown and downtown has to offer. It did not prove to a peaceful respite, however, as the walls are paper thin and the neighbors in the adjacent unit were extremely noisy throughout -- running laundry (which is just outside the bedroom) at 1:00 AM; doing full construction work at 8:00 AM (same morning); talking loudly on the porch just outside the living window, etc. Giving 4 stars because the unit is so nice --...

"We enjoyed our stay in this quiet and pet friendly house. The beds were comfortable and the neighborhood delightful. The shower was a little small and the shower curtain probably needs to be changed out. The kitchen was well stocked but the dishwasher racks need to be repaired. Our dog loved walking around the neighborhood and the house is very clean in terms of dog fur. "Comfortable stay. The property wasn’t in as pristine condition as the photos suggested, i.e. chipping paint on deck, outdoor furniture, and unkempt landscaping. Beds, bedding, and shower extremely comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped but did not have an ice maker as seen in photos. Incredibly convenient location. "

"My parents and I rented Ryker’s place while visiting my son in Sacramento. Rooms were spacious and the beds were a good size. Bedrooms are all upstairs, but the spacious stairways and handrails made it safe for my parents to stay. It was very comfortable and we had everything we needed here. The streets were small and crowded, but the bonus was his two car garage. The main downside was the strong odor of marijuana upon arrival. The smell lingered our entire stay.
