Absolutely no smoking in the house or around of any kind Charge will be applied through this platform if you do smoke. No parties unless agreed upon.

No weed smoking allowed inside or outside the house at all, if you smoke outside and come inside, smell will still be strong and you will be charged.

Absolutely no loud music or events allowed after 10pm. You will get evicted and lose your reservation if you brake these rules.
