Nice Area

We enjoyed our stay. The nice was easy to locate and was clean. The neighborhood is extremely quiet.

Graduation trip

Love the floor plan of the house and the location was perfect for trips back and forth to Davis. I would recommend this property to anyone who wants a jail back relaxed home like atmosphere.

My stay

This home is well kepted up and very clean. Loved the neighborhood it was quiet. Anytime I needed an answer to anything within a few minutes I'd get an answer. I would stay there again if I'm visiting Sacramento.

Overall acceptable. No information was given ahead of time regarding checkin process and no information was provided for the Wifi, so had to direct message the owner for these. They were actually pretty quick to respond. The neighborhood was nice and quiet, backyard is great with multiple fruit trees. A number of small repairs needed to be done, such as loose door handles and crooked shelves. Despite this, the house was in good working order. There may have been a small animal in the attic, as I heard something scurrying around above the kitchen. have been

Easy check in and stay. Nice back yard for dog and close to parks for walking. Kitchen and baths had essentials.Anchor was quick to respond to any questions. Close to airport and downtown Sacramento, with shopping close by. Would stay there again.

The location was perfect. The neighborhood was nice, quite and clean. The house was very clean. Access to the house was easy. And the owner answered the phone the first time when we had a question.
