I had left a couple items in my room after checkout, and the gentleman at the front desk was extremely helpful in finding out if housekeeping found them and then getting my items back to me. If I had to leave any constructive feedback, it would be that having some type of dresser (even a small one) would be nice, as the closet was the only place I could put my belongings. The hotel is near the highway, but closing the drapes really helped block out the traffic noise, and it did not prevent me from sleeping well. All in all, a very positive experience, and I would stay there again."
