Our room had recently been refurbished and was cleaner than most roadside motels. Facilities were good. An interesting mix of clientele from doctors to ordinary working men. I actually quite liked the place. Walls are fairly thin, allowing for noise in the evening. That said, we had two great nights sleep. For the area, very good value for money.

When we checked in we found out the the room was a queen bed and a pull out sofa bed. Not what I booked on Expedia, which was two bedrooms. Great location. In walking distance to grocery and several restaurants.

Previous guest’s panamas and dirty bath towels were left in the room when we checked in. Also, the carpet around A/C unit was wet, probably related to condensation leak. Would not stay here again.

I booked a room with 2 queen beds. When I arrived, our room had 1 queen bed and a pull out couch. The pull out couch was extremely uncomfortable. The sheet for the pull out couch was rough and the blanket was super rough. Staff was friendly and the property was clean.

I liked the privacy and that housekeeping wasn't knocking on my door all the time. The front desk staff are always polite and helpful. I have stayed at the Sonesta in Burlington, MA for about 50 nights of this year (so far) and I will continue to stay there when I am need of a hotel in the area.
