"The hotel was beautiful. Very open feel and staff were friendly. When you walk in you smell the smoke from the Spanish restaurant instantly. If smoke bothers you, beware as it spreads over entire hotel. The beds are firm which was not great for my spinal issues. Our tv didn’t work and there was no hotel bartender. Had to try and get seat at restaurant to get a drink."

"So the breakfast lacked protein like bacon or sausage and came with powdered eggs….it was kinda gross but if you can actually eat waffles you can make your own so that’s good. The room was new and clean but the fan in the bathroom sounded like a helicopter taking off. I got over it and the staff was good. I would recommend if your just looking for a bed and hot shower."

"My stay at Bedford Hotel Plaza was honestly one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, the place felt neglected and poorly maintained. The swimming pool was completely unacceptable — there wasn’t even any water in it. Instead of being a relaxing hotel facility, it looked abandoned and unusable, which was incredibly disappointing considering it was advertised as one of the hotel amenities. The room itself was just as bad. The windows didn’t even close properly, which meant constant noise from outside and cold air coming in all night. It made it almost impossible to sleep comfortably, and it also felt very unsafe. Breakfast was the final disappointment. Not only was the food low quality and poorly presented, but there were actual bugs around the breakfast area. Seeing insects near food completely ruined my appetite and raised serious concerns about hygiene and cleanliness throughout the hotel. Overall, the entire hotel felt run-down, unhygienic, and badly managed. I would absolutely not recommend Bedford Hotel Plaza to anyone looking for a comfortable or clean place to stay. There are far better hotels for the same price. Very disappointing experience."

"The staff were very friendly and helpful. All around a great hotel for an amazing price. They provided a free shuttle to and from lahey hospital also a free shuttle to drop you at neighbouring shopping areas and picked you up. The room was very clean and smelt fresh! It was convenient to have the buffet breakfast; that was included in the price. The front desk wound arrange a driver to take you to the airport if you required."

"The breakfast was outstanding and never has such excellent breakfast.the varieties were many choices and healthy. Everyday there was a different breakfast menu. Thecattendant was very cooperative and helpful. The front desk was very welcoming and helpful. The beds were very comfortable. The soap was too Good with very citrus smell. I could not find anything lacking in the hotel. This hotel was cheaper by 10% than other Best Western hotels."

"I told the front desk I would like extended check out and was told I had till 12. At 9:30 someone opened my door while I was about to take a shower. Thank god my boyfriend had the door lock on!!!! Felt extremely unsafe. How would you feel if some strangler just walks into your room. Even if it was housekeeping you can’t just do that. They did not knock or anything.Then around 11:00am we get a knock from housekeeping even though we had a do not disturb sign on the door and was told we had till 12 to leave."
