"1. Gym was not attended as no new towels and it looked like it had not been vacuumed for awhile. 2. LOVED the bubbly and regular cold and hot water 24 hours and the coffee machine was amazing. 3. Rooms clean and lovely. 4. Candace was SUPER HERO HELPER 5. BOO hoo to the room with the dog barking all night but I was kindly moved to another room but then it was too loud so I moved back and then my key would not work but Candace and all the staff were so kind and patient with all this."
