"We stayed Friday through Sunday and our room was never cleaned. Saturday when we returned from an all day outing, we had to contact the front desk to complain and ask them to bring clean towels, and empty the trash, which they did promptly. Sunday morning we had to go to the front desk to replace our cream and coffee packs and water, which was complementary in the suite. Also, we had breakfast Saturday morning and it was disappointing that they didn’t have an omelette station for the price charged for breakfast. We really liked the size of our room, it was clean upon arrival and the staff was great!"

"This was a first choice hotel a few years ago. Since it has been mediocre. The rooms need paint and the carpets need updating as well. Parking during busy hours are challenging with a single line for multiple cars. The bar closed at 930 on a Saturday night. Food was ok as well. "

"Very poor service and unprofessional staff. The behavior of the staff was extremely disappointing. When you go to the reception, instead of being treated respectfully, you feel like you are being treated poorly. It seemed like they do not understand basic customer service or how to communicate politely with guests. I felt very uncomfortable during my stay. Unfortunately, I regret even staying one night at this hotel. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone."
