Traveling through and checked in very late. Overnight desk was very pleasant and super accommodating, friendly greeting and Offering a room right off the elevator, which was nice because we were exhausted. Breakfast was good, usual hot buffet, eggs sausage potatoes and bread/pastries/cereal. Place was very clean also.

Tv broke unclean furniture and beds in handicap room. Advised they wold review. 2 am TV won't work. Called and was given room. 110 since could not fix TV until that department can review. I was very happy with quick response and that non-handicap room was clean tv worked...no back on remote but no problem it works.

The front desk staff was not friendly. I had ants in my room and was told maintenance was gone. No one answered a call to front desk. Housekeepings voice mail full. Stair master works but makes really loud noise. Not a great experience.
