"Great property which actually has views of the lake and is ideally situated - close to everything but also quiet. The property was immaculately clean with all the utensils that you need for cooking. Lovely clean, fresh bedding and towels. Tea, coffee and sugar were provided along with the basics like salt, pepper and oil. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash were also provided. Only slight criticisms would be not a great deal of storage available for food and it would be nice if a few coathangers...

"we had a wonderful stay with our grandchildren in December, the hotel was beautiful and the seasonal decorations where truly spectacular. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and our room was fabulous with a queen size bed as well as bunk beds for the children. The dining room was beautiful, spacious and spotlessly clean with wonderful views of the lake. Would 100% stay here again. "

"We had a lovely weekend in Windermere and this hotel was very much a part of the pleasure. We got a free upgrade to The Oscar Wilde suite which was huge and lovely. We went to their sister hotel to use the Health club facilities which was really relaxing. I would highly recommend this hotel."
