"We arrived and found several issues and called the management team. The hot tub was broken, and would not be fixed for our stay, which was one of the reasons we booked this property. The kitchen was dirty. We found dead bugs, dust, and dirty dishes. The furniture was worn out, like the leather had all rubbed off on the chairs! The table on the deck was broken and a piece was hanging off. This property is in serious need of a refresh. the photos must be old. "

The hot tub wasn’t the cleanest even after shocking the water multiple times and the coffee pot took nearly an hour to brew one pot which over brewed the grounds. If you are a coffee lover, consider bringing another method to brew. Other than that, the house was cute, clean, and perfect for our little getaway!"

"The property was wonderful and exactly as adverstised! The main log cabin was well stocked, and the cottages were cute and comfortable. However, communication and support from the property management company, Hill Country Premier Lodging, was lacking. It was difficult to get an accurate quote for the rental plus event barn with multiple added fees, as well as hard to get information about amenities on the property leading up to our stay."
