"Internet was not working part of the time, HVAC was broken and "would need to be replaced" in one cabin. Main cabin was dirty including oven was very dirty. My wife spent several hours cleaning stove, oven, countertops, cabinet surfaces, silverware, and drinking glasses. One burner on gas stove was broken. No instructions on how to operate gas stove or HVAC. We had to make several calls to the property manager and had internet and HVAC service call interruptions. The people were very nice and apologetic but simply put the facilities were not well prepared. Otherwise everything was fine and we had a great time with family."

"Very nice property. Great for a family group. We throughly enjoyed our family Christmas there. Just had a couple of issues, but host was helpful. Hot tub was not working and a/c froze up in the ranch house. I realize repair personnel hard to get during holidays. Certainly would consider this location again for our family gathering."
