This is the cutest property! I’m glad we found it and were able to stay here. Next time we will try the airstream. Would be a great place for a large group or gathering! The location is great!

We stayed in an air stream on the property. It was a fun and comfortable option for us to stay in the area. We were attending a wedding in Dripping Springs. We were able to check in, have a beer at the brewery that is across the drive way and get ready for the wedding. Highly recommend!

This is a newer property, very clean and fun. The tiny homes are decorated very cute and the beds are pretty comfy. The bed pillows, not as comfy. The property communication is easy and responses are fast. The small kitchen has most things needed for minimal food prep. The A/C was the only area of concern. It never cooled as needed. There is a split unit in the loft area and that does not get air down to the living room or bedroom. To keep it almost cool on a warm 90-80 degree day/night you must keep the ceiling fan on high in the bedroom, bedroom door open and the A/C unit below 70. It still had a hard to getting it done. We tried to lower it to 68, still no cooling. No ceiling fan in living area to help move air down. Hopefully they get this resolved. There are was no useful mirror in the bathroom. I’m 5’1” and my husband is 6’1” and neither of us could see in the mirror. See photo- cute mirror but not made for bathroom use. There are only 1/2 window coverings in the living area and all porch lights are on all night. So if you are bothered by light or warm temps, this will not offer you a good night of sleep as you must keep the bedroom door open for the air issues. Parking was easy, a short walk. Good walking trail. The general store was not opened on the weekend, not sure when it’s open. This place has great potential as they finish getting some details in place.
