"Great location and great value; spacious rooms and friendly front desk staff. With Keurig coffee makers ( just bring your own bottled water ) microwave and mini fridge in the room. Walking distance to stores and restaurants and the train. Affordable breakfast option right in the hotel and a convenience store that is always open. Always my place to stay in Evanston."

"Great stay! Initially, there was a problem with the shower and they changed our room right away. The room was spotless including the kitchen area. Breakfast was delicious. Parking was convenient, especially when using the side entrance to the hotel. We would definitely stay there again."

"Overall was a good stay. The hotel and surrounding area felt pretty safe and clean. The staff was friendly. The rooms were pretty updated and clean. The parking wasn’t ideal being behind the hotel, but it wasn’t bad and our car was safe overnight. "

"Was notified by the property owner that the property was no longer available as we landed in Chicago. All correspondence with the property manager after booking the listing seemed shady, and my doubts were ultimately confirmed when we received notification at the very last minute saying that the listing was not available (while offering another property a considerable distance away on the 5600 block of N Kimball). Do yourself a favor- DO NOT TRUST THIS LISTING!!!"
