Service was good, very relaxing, lovely location away from the busy city.

We had stayed at the Oberoi in Calcutta which was exceptional,and we got the same service and welcome at the Trident Kerala. We got an upgrade, the breakfast was very nice and the service was exceptional. The front desk suggested our tours which were lovely.

The rooms were clean and spacious

An exceptional hotel for the price. From the door staff, reception and all the other people working at the Luxor, our praise to you all as we had the best experience of our travels in India so far. The kitchen team and chef delivered such good food that we ate dinner on the premises on both nights of our stay. Sujth was so good in helping us with explanations regarding food and travel. Stay was comfortable

I had a fantastic experience at The Artiste, Kochi. The highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the food. Every meal was exceptionally well prepared, with a wide variety of delicious options that catered to different tastes. The breakfast buffet was particularly impressive, offering an excellent selection of both local and international dishes, all fresh and flavorful. Excellent hotel, would highly recommend a stay at Grand Hyatt. The hotel amenities were excellent. We enjoyed the dining options, the buffet breakfast had a wide variety of dishes which were all tasty and the restaurant staff were very attentive and friendly. We were well looked after and were sad to leave.

Great location in Fort Kochi. Walking distance to all the historical sites. The staff were very helpful and the hotel offered complimentary short (60 minutes) heritage walking tour and a Tuk-Tuk transport tour (2 hrs). It's the perfect place for a stay in Fort Kochi.

We loved everything about Tissas Inn. It was very clean and well appointed with art, antiques and furniture. The staff went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and happy, including making sure we got to the airport on time, when there was a widespread strike (with packaged up breakfast!). The food in the restaurant is excellent and served with a smile. I can highly recommend staying at this lovely hotel.

Great convenient location to the airport for a quick stop over. Airport transfer included was great. Breakfast was also good.

Great location with a magical courtyard and pool.

Great facilities, courteous staff, spacious room and neat amenities, wifi, pool, delicious food. It was amazing experience at Courtyard Kochi.

Enjoyed my stay very helpful owner, organised a boat trip on a short notice and at a very reasonable price. Nice simple breakfast served at the time it suits you. Very nice historical property overall.
