Kochi vacation

Our stay here was excellent!! From Aditya at the concierge to Chef Iwish and his team at the Restaurant.. all staff were extremely courteous and friendly. They all made us feel so welcome and our stay a real pleasant experience. Each dish at the restaurant..both breakfast and dinner.. was amazing.

We booked The Artiste in Kochi for four nights and ended up staying for seven because we loved it so much! The hotel is modern, comfortable, and the staff are truly exceptional. Everyone, from the team at the door to reception and the restaurant, went out of their way to make us feel welcome. A special mention to Kiran, the gym trainer, who was amazing. I did four sessions with him and my husband trained with him separately. He is professional, friendly, and made working out enjoyable even while on holiday. We were traveling with our young daughter, and the staff at the restaurant were so kind and attentive. They always made sure we were okay and even took time to engage with her, which made it pleasant and comfortable for us. The food was excellent! The chefs were attentive and came out each morning to let us know what’s available from the live station and brought us the snack of the day. The location couldn’t be better — the hotel connects directly to Forum Mall, which has everything: a kids’ play area, cinema, restaurants, a massive food court, shops, salons, and a supermarket. It made things so easy for our family, and my husband and I could even take turns going out while one of us stayed in the room with our daughter later in the evenings. We honestly didn’t want to leave! If we return to Kochi, we’ll definitely be staying at The Artiste again and will happily recommend it to friends and family.

Definitely will return.

For being a random choice, wanted a somewhat backwater view with a balcony this was a great find. Also I am a high level Bonvoy member so I love that it is part of the Bonvoy grp. The staff and all were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and seemed modern and newly done. Only a small improvement as a suggestion.... The timing of service requests should be looked into. And pick up of in room dining trays from the corridors should be done more frequently. Our dnr tray was still outside in the morning when we were going for breakfast. But in the whole it was a lovely peaceful stay. Glad it was attached to the mall however we didn't need to go to the mall. Will definitely try and visit again.

The Artiste truly lives up to its name, offering a visually stunning and incredibly comfortable experience. From the moment you arrive, the hotel's modern architecture stands out, beautifully incorporating an orange theme that gives it a unique and energetic vibe. It's a refreshing change from typical hotel aesthetics and really sets a vibrant tone for your stay. One of the biggest conveniences of The Artiste is its location within Forum Mall. This was a huge plus, making it incredibly easy to access a wide variety of shops, restaurants, and entertainment options without even having to step outside. It truly adds another layer of convenience and enjoyment to your visit. Beyond the impressive design and convenient location, the staff at The Artiste are exceptionally friendly. Every interaction, from check-in to asking for recommendations, was met with warmth and genuine helpfulness. Their attentiveness really made a difference. Finally, the hotel's commitment to quality is evident in its clean and well-maintained facilities. Our room was spotless, and all common areas were immaculately kept. It's clear that the hotel takes pride in providing a comfortable and hygienic environment for its guests. Overall, I highly recommend The Artiste for anyone looking for a stylish, convenient, and welcoming hotel experience.

I stayed at the Artiste for four nights. The hotel arranged seamless transfer from the airport. All reception staff (especially Abhirami) and all staff in the hotel were extremely helpful and courteous. I had breakfast and dinner at the hotel's restaurant, booked at the time of booking the room (this made it very good value).  Every meal (in a buffet arrangement) that I had was excellent, the cooks were only to happy to make things to order. All the staff in the restaurant were again extremely helpful and courteous. Of special note was the head chef, Rijo, who took particularly good care of me. The hotel also has good facilities, I used the roof top hotel pool a couple times and was impressed with the size and cleanliness. In fact the entire hotel is well looked after. My room was excellent, enormous with a good view and large shower room. The only downside to the hotel is the location. It takes about a 30 minute taxi ride (400 INR) to get to Fort Kochi and surrounding areas. There isn't much to see around the hotel except that the hotel is part of the Forum Mall which is a large shopping and restaurant complex. You can certainly while away time in all the shops there.

ビュッフェスタイルの夕食が料金に含まれていたようで（朝食は有料で付けた）、一人旅だったけど、食事に悩まされることがなかった。現地の伝統的な食事が朝食や、夕食のビュッフェで選択できたので、満足できた。ビュッフェの選択肢も豊富だったので、飽きることがなかった。おいしかった。 フロントスタッフの女性にはとても感謝している。1泊目の夜は、隣接する建物が一晩中工事をしており（インドの人は働きすぎだと思う）、うるさくて眠れなかったと言ったら、すぐに部屋を変更してくれた。翌日はよく眠れた。 観光に関して尋ねると、いろいろ調べてくれて、車の手配もしてくれた。街歩きの後で、一人で帰ってくる予定だと言ったら、「困ったらホテルに連絡してくれれば、電話口で対応するから」と言ってくれたので、安心して街歩きができた。一人だったけど、安心して過ごすことができた。ホテルの人がいつも声をかけてくれて、気を使ってくれた。帰りの日の朝食では、ホテルからだと言って、ショートケーキを出してくれた。フロントのスタッフからは、カタカリダンスのマスクの置物を、お土産に持たせてくれた。とてもうれしかった。 お土産として、ほしいお菓子について質問したら、すぐに調べてくれた。隣接するモールで買い物ができると教えてくれた。おかげで、買い物を済ませて、スーツケースに入れて移動することができた。 快適に過ごすことができた。 また泊まりたいと思った。
