"Clean room"

"The room was immaculate. The bed, bedding, pillows and lighting were spectacular. The room was extremely quiet. The bathroom and all the supplies and towels were perfect. I have only one very small complaint - the Keurig coffee machine didn't work. Had I stayed longer than one night, I am certain that it would have been repaired or replaced. All of the staff were extremely helpful and enthusiastic. Overall, my experience was one of the best that I have ever encountered. "

"The TV service in the room is a little outdated compared to other places I've stayed, (no channel guide, no streaming apps), but everything else during the stay was perfect. They did tell me that they are going to be doing a TV service upgrade though."
