You could smell the Finger Lakes coffee there was a big I Love NY icon to take pictures and brochures and interactive screens to plan your Upstate New York visit. Also it’s uniquely located in America’s (6th largest mall is what I was told, but definitely the biggest mall I have ever seen). You could also purchase all sorts of regional small farm to table food. Very cool!

This Extended Stay is very comfortable. The rooms are spacious and it is great to have a kitchen with a large refrigerator and stove. The bed was very comfortable and the linens were clean, freash and white. The hotel employees were friendly and helpful. Thank you!

Overall run down facility, not clean, room smells of smoke was supposed to be non smoking room. Bed/pillows uncomfortable, linens stained. Refrigerator filthy on outside of the door. The front desk staff was friendly and did get us different pillows. Would not stay again. We stayed at one in Rochester that was excellent.

Hotel is clean, but there is no carpeting because it is a pet-friendly establishment. They were “out of breakfast items” for our stay. Lots of dogs barking and many people live at the hotel. No ice machine is available at the property, either. The staff is very nice, though.

The room has a nice set up and a full size fridge which would be a bonus if I had been staying a few days. You just have to ask for everything - shampoo, dishes, etc. I was there fair week and they were NOT stocked for breakfast at all - no cream for coffee or lids for cups or food available except a couple of prepackaged muffins. The desk staff could not have cared less. When I asked about the 'Breakfast Included' just told me 'yeah. An order has been placed for stuff. It should be here tomorrow.'

It was pretty good. The only complaint I had was the kitchen floor was dirty. And no coffee, lol. For the price it was great! Just make sure you bring what you need.
