The hotel’s cleanliness was about 3 out of 5. The breakfast was very limited, with only a few options available, and the quality was average. The young girl at the front desk was friendly and welcoming, which I appreciated. However, the staff responsible for preparing and serving breakfast were quite unusual and did not provide a pleasant experience.

We were in town for SU family weekend. The front desk staff was extremely kind however, the property cleanliness is fair. One of the two beds did not have a duvet, but only a sheet on it. The staff was very loud in the hallways early in the morning. A complementary breakfast was minimal. I know this is common place but watering down the coffee creamer is just a frustrating means to save money. Unfortunately, parking can be very difficult in the evening as it is a large property. I would suggest looking elsewhere.

Room cleaner than some I've seen. Kind, helpful breakfast staff, maintenance & male housekeeper. Minimal items for breakfast but what was there is fresh. Has a workout room which we didn't use but was a nice addition. Indoor pool not open seemed to be used as a storage area. 2.5-3 star is about right

What I like With the front desk staff from Anna from next front desk agent was so helpful. Bringing my luggage in staff. workers, help me with my luggage she must hurry the clock in. But she took time for me first, so I had a wonderful stay me and my wife. Thank you very much.

The hotel was clean, affordable comfortable and the desk clerk was friendly are the good points. Bad news was that breakfast was so sparse that there was very little variety, meaning no fresh fruits, very few breads or cereal and absolutely no napkins. No this isn't a typo, if you needed to wipe your hands while eating or God forbid pickup something you dropped there was nothing between the yuck and your paws. The real horror occured at 3am when the temp dropped to 43 degrees and there was no heat. It was so cold that I got dressed and walked down to the front desk to report that the heating unit in my room was blowing cold air. I was shocked when the desk clerk recited NYS accommodations code language which says they don't have to provide heat until October 3rd. So bundle up if you're planning a stay here before then.

Room was 6 out of 10. Stained blanket, stains on floor. But all in all, not too bad. Staff was friendly. Kids were running up and down the hallways all night. But that's the parent's fault. I'd stay there again.

They owe me money. Couldn't figure out where the charge came from and this charge isnt on my itemized receipt. They owe my card $219.96 . Other than that there was this Amazing front desk lady she was sweet and very helpful to me. The beds are hard. They kept the hotel very clean!
