"Check in fine, if you don't mind looking at your host's big belly through a hole, the size of a football, in his shirt! Host himself appears to be a bit shy and you have to do most of the talking, although the dog is very friendly. Whilst clean and comfortable the motel needs a lot of long overdue maintenance and the noise from the taps in particular are something else. "I booked this place through Expedia and drove about 8 hours from south of Sydney to the hotel location on 30th of December 2020, but the owner told me that it was a mistake and they are not with Expedia anymore. She told me that my booking should have been cancelled and they could not accomodate us. So I ended up driving back towards Sydney again on the same day. I also had to book an accomodation which I did not want in Newcastle for the night. I also massaged the owner to follow up the problem...
