"The staff was great, the physical building is lacking. The floors were uneven throughout, to the point where I slipped and fell in the bedroom itself coming out of the bathroom (I was uninjured thankfully). Needs some repairs."

"So there's no real amenities at this place even though you pay a resort and amenities fee. Property doesnt have the restaurant running at the inn which is the only real amenity so that was a major bummer since you kind of rely on it being open for dinner considering everything else is 40 mins out w/o traffic. The rooms were really nice at one point but now theres visible cracks in the ceiling and pillars as well as a change in the quality of beds they have. My wife and I noticed immediately when we laid on the mattress is was a cheaper one than before because we got the same room again this time around and we wanted to go home and sleep on our mattress at home because its nicer than what they offer now. Overall gorgeous land around the area just think you could probably get a better experience this point at an Air BNB over in little compton or somewhere nearby..major dip in quality overall from our last visit. I hope this property is doing okay..we'd like to see it last and do better in the future! "

"It met my needs - bed was comfortable, etc. Glad there was a heater as the nights got cold. Whomever lives above this unit woke me up a few times one night with noises around 1:00 am. Areas for improvement - definitely need better outdoor lighting, and the shower door feels very flimsy."

"Another wonderful stay! You cannot beat the location of this home, we absolutely love it. Having the ocean steps outside the back of the house and our own beach is priceless. My fiancé spends hours picking up sea glass on the private beach, and I enjoy a fire on the beach each year. We look forward to next year’s visit!"
