"Loved this house. We stayed in back patio watched tv, hot tub and sat in sun. Owner had amenities that most owners don’t provide. House close to ballparks and short drive to restaurants. Will stay again when we come to Wichita. Rate this one A+."

The house was exactly 1 hour from Emporia so this made driving back and forth pretty easy"

"The unit is not family size but just the right size for a couple, or in my case, individual. It is a brand new place, not sure if it is brand new construction or remodel. Right where I wanted to be, within walking distance of downtown. I would stay here again."

"For what we were needing this place was great! Clean house, quiet neighborhood! We had a small issue with the lock but manager was easy to get ahold of and the issue was fixed quickly!! Great place to stay!"

"Everything about my stay was good. The only recommendation I have is to put a sensor on the porch light for guests arriving late. It was very dark and hard to see the door lock when I arrived. Thankfully I had the flashlight on my phone. We did have an issue with the door as a previous guest mentioned but it was taken care of in a timely matter. I would recommend this house and would stay there again in the future."

"The house is an older house, but they have redone it very cute! Yes, the floors are super creaky and when the first person gets up and starts walking around, everyone else will wake up due to the noisy floors. But just bring ear plugs! lol...it's a cute place and would stay here again."

"Plenty of beds, space. Always nice to have a king bed on the road. Son had a basketball tournament and host allowed us to come back to house and shower before road trip home."
