I was in Wichita to participate in the Prairie Fire 5K race. This was so convenient--just a 6 minute drive to downtown sports park along the river. Bed was comfortable. I requested a room at the back to ensure quiet and I got a good night's rest and won first place in my age group the next morning!

The room was clean and staff was nice. But all of the ice machines on every floor but one was out of order, They were stingy with the towels and there was never full breakfast. They only had a handful of meat, there was no gravy for the biscuits and gravy the juice machine was out of order. There was no pepper just salt and the eggs stayed empty.

This has been a pleasure to stay here. Our room is clean and the staff has been great. Our truck broke down and we had to stay unexpectedly. Considering a very bad time has atleast been comfortable. We have been here a week. Hopefully we can get our truck repaired and head out. Thank you.

This hotel was in a great location for traveling around the Wichita area. The pool was very disappointing unfortunately. We were traveling with two kids and the pool is always a highlight with young ones. The paint was chipping on the sides and bottom and it looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks.

Hotel is run down, it’s functional and our room was clean. The bathroom was clean. The carpet in the halls was old, and needs replacing, the hotel needs a thorough cleaning.

Overall, we were disappointed with our hotel. On the plus side the staff was helpful, we enjoyed the breakfast bar, and the hotel was quiet. The coffee maker didn't work but was replaced when we reported it. The front door closed with difficulty but the maintenance man got that repaired. The bottom drawer of the dresser was broken, and both the towel bar and toilet paper dispensers were broken. There was no knob on the closet door to aid and opening and closing. We also spotted a few ants but not a swarm.

Staff was very friendly and helpful! We had some AC issues in our room but they got maintenance in there to work on it within an hour or so of when I talked to them and then when it still wasn’t working right they moved us to a room that the AC worked great! Rooms were clean and beds were comfy. Would stay again!

I have been diagnosed with CIRS from mold exposure, so I am extremely sensitive to scents, dust , voc's and many things right now. Finding a hotel when we travel can be very challenging. This was our first time staying at a Best Western Plus and it was a great stay! So very thankful to have a clean comfortable stay
