"My husband and I stayed in "Hawkins" cottage at Portwrinkle and we couldn't have asked for more. It was perfect for us and the cottage had everything we needed and was nicely decorated and well laid out. The hot tub was a great feature. One of the reasons we chose this cottage is because it has a conservatory overlooking the sea, in case of inclement weather. However, it was a beautiful week so we made full use of the terrace and garden. Our dog also enjoyed his stay and the lovely beach walks and SW Coast Path nearby. A lovely break! "

"The property was just beautiful with everything you needed. The pool table allowed for some competitive family evenings and the hot tub meant we could relax and take in the breathtaking views! The beach was right on the doorstep with some wonderful coastal walks to keep the dogs entertained. The surrounding villages had some incredible restaurants for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Plus with the area being so dog friendly they could enjoy the holiday as much as we did. Would definitely love to go back! "

"We enjoyed our stay with being within a 5 minute walk of two beaches. The hot tub was very clean and nice to use. The water tank/heater was very noisy all night, being right between the bedrooms. We found the house a bit tired and in need of a bit of updating generally, especially for the price. There were sweets wrappers under the coffee table that our dogs found, so we weren’t sure how thorough the cleaners had been. Very nice enclosed garden with outdoor lights, good for our dogs. Overall, compared to other cottages we have stayed in, we found it not value for money and for the price we paid we wouldn’t stay again. "
