"I was very satisfied with the staff and their level of professionalism and kindness. The room was impeccably clean and had everything I needed. Parking was probably the most frustrating part because you have to pay to use the parking garage. There really isn’t any other practical parking on the street around it, so you just eat up the fee and that is that. Overall, an excellent experience!"

"The lady at the front desk was so kind, however, I was there for 7 days and never had housekeeping come in. I inquired about it at the Front Desk and she apologized and told me she would have someone come in the next day to clean. Housekeeping never came. I will not return to this property. That is unacceptable. Trash not dumped, no clean towels, bathrooms not cleaned."

"Great place for a family gathering. There was an issue with the pool heater when we arrived so the pool was still cold. The kids couldn't swim right away when we arrived so that was the only disappointment, but the host was excellent to work with and was very responsive. The pool got to a decent temp on our 2nd day and was usable the rest of our stay. It is an old house with a lot of charm and a few quirks. The backyard is great. The kids had a great time with the games in the basement as well!"
