"Really clean room and quiet hallways, and a really nice spot to read or study at the lobby. Be sure to ask about getting access to the fitness center which is across the street. It's a much better place to workout at. If you're here for Halloween in the future, get the DoorList app to get access to the house parties. Dinkytown will be full of people getting fast food, but it is the late night option. Have fun and be safe out there."

"Kofi was very quick to respond to any of our questions. We had a great stay! We live in the neighborhood and had friends fly in town and it was the perfect gathering spot for our families and teenagers. They loved it. Very clean and spacious. The house is stocked with everything you need. Location is perfect! We were so close to Minnehaha creek walking paths and we walked to dinner at Bull’s Horn. "

"The property was extremely cleaned and worked well for us. I especially liked that the host provided access to different TV channels so we didn’t have to remember all of our login information to watch shows. The beds were very comfortable and it was a great surprise that there was front porch area off the second floor. Our host was great and easy to get in touch with. We also loved that the property was very centrally located. The bathroom was a bit tight, but I’m a sucker for a claw foot tub! It was also nice to have a fenced in yard because we did travel with our dog. Perhaps I didn’t read closely enough, but I didn’t realize that the unit was on the second floor. Our dog has never stayed in a property that had people below him and above him so that was a bit of a challenge for the dog."

"Very clean and comfortable stay! The king bed was cozy with plenty of extra bedding provided. Having a convenient laundry area in the basement was a plus. We appreciated the designated off-street parking and the easy walk to nearby businesses and restaurants. Super close to the Minihaha Falls. We could occasionally hear guests on the other side of the duplex, but honestly it was never enough to disturb us. Highly recommend The Howe Daily Kitchen & Bar for great burgers!"

"This was horrible. We arrived and the place immediately smelled like urine. An inside door was kicked through and post it notes were put on that. The inside electrical lines were not up to code (spouse is an electrician). We immediately left and had to book a hotel because this was not safe for humans to live in. The host refunded only 1 night after we mentioned the unsafe conditions. Never stay here"
