"Charming and well located; this was a perfect stop for my trip to Mpls for a Vikings' game and U of M visit. Very convenient and comfortable overall. Was super easy to get to light rail and area is very walkable as well "
St. Paul Farmhouse near downtown and Allianz Field
10/10 Excellent
"Cute little house in the perfect location to an event we attended. We were able to walk and it felt safe. The only issues we had, were the bathroom doesn’t have any light. It has two nightlights, but we attended a 5k that took place at night, so we had to shower in the dark. Not an easy task. Otherwise, it was cute and perfect for what we needed. Oh, the other thing. It states it’s a 4 bed VRBO, but not sure where the 4th bed is? Unless they are counting the couch as a bed?"
"Inside was beautiful, spacious and clean. However, there should be an exterior picture. You do have a place to park, but the driveway is shared with the neighbor (so the neighbor house is relatively close). If you are traveling with a group it would be a pain to have multiple vehicles. The neighbor also has small kids that would occasionally be screaming outside and slamming doors so we could hear everything. This home is a duplex and we could not hear anything from the people staying in the other half of the home. I only recommend bringing your own ingredients for cooking. There was only salt and pepper. No cooking oil or other spices. All kitchen utensils were provided. "
The Cooper, a charming Double Bungalow just Blocks from W River Parkway
10/10 Excellent
"I have family that has lived in the neighborhood for 60 years so I was so excited when we found the Cooper! The Cooper was amazing and we would love to stay there again. The duplex was the perfect size for us and had all of the essentials we needed. Backyard is so cozy, I just wish we’d had the time to really enjoy the outdoor space. This neighborhood is great!! It is quiet and relaxing. Just blocks away from the River road where you can walk, run or bike along the Mississippi River. We are from the St Louis metro area so I liked walking across the Lake St bridge to see the mighty Mississippi. This is such a great location, close to everything. The host, Beck, was great. I highly recommend staying here. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your place. "
