My friend and I stayed at the Marketplace Lodge on December 26-28, 2020. The customer service by Tanya was top notch. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Thank you for the great stay. F.

Great Spot, Would Recommend!
Had a great stay here. Great location and a nice spacious enough room. The room is slightly tired (dated) but still clean and nice. I would stay here again & recommend it to others. There was a playground right outside our window, and the kids start at 7am. So no sleeping in. Checkout was a little weird as you have to leave the key fob in the room, but also need it to go down the elevator. Had to take the stairs when checking out. We left a few jackets behind in the room. At first, dealing with the management company that answers the phone was kind of a pain, but once I got to deal with the local Whistler manager, she was great! She went above and beyond to return our jackets and I am very grateful for that.

Originally, entry into our room from outside was complicated (challenge with parking and the elevator did not work for us on 2 separate occasions) and the room was not what we expected. Tanya listened and helped us with an upgrade. She took care of us and made our stay a much more pleasant one. Thank you, Tanya!
