"The property was difficult to find but once it was, it was good. The main front door had no lock. It had clearly been kicked in prior to me checking in as it was split through the door mechanism. However, the screen door did lock. There was still a feeling of insecurity though. Otherwise, the bedroom, kitchen and lounge were all clean. I enjoyed my stay. Thank you"

"The property was comfortable, clean & close to main town centre. The heat pump kept the lounge, kitchen & dining room very warm but as it is an older style house with a long hallway the bedrooms were very cold. The heater supplied in the main bedroom was very ineffective & the heater in the 2nd bedroom wasn't working. We had a small dog & the property was fully fenced but the back lawn was very long."

"Overall - clean, excellent location in Devonport. Would have liked parking to be included as street parking is paid parking from 8:30am to 6pm and it wasn't cheap."

"Large and spacious in a great locality. However, we found the stairs very steep, people who have mobility problems may not cope. Paying a premium nightly rate, in our opinion it was quite unreasonable to ask guests to water the plants & put the rubbish bins out into the street. A missing louvre in the ensuite meant we had to cover the gap with a bath towel to give us privacy from the lounge. No mention was made of this prior to arrival. Time of check in was a little confusing as we were informed...

"This experience was just idyllic. It was so restful and peaceful to sit and watch wrens flitting through the vegetables and walk around the flower garden with bumblebees and butterflies pollinating the blooms"
