"Excellent stay in every respect. Warm and cosy cottage, spotless and furnished with all the essentials and more. Very comfortable beds. Close to Chichester and beaches but immersed in the countryside which meant utter peace during both day and night. My daughter and us enjoyed spending her big birthday at the cottage... with her small dog and explore the area. Thank you"

"It was a delight to hear the wildlife, and nothing else (!), during my stay at The Hideaway. - Quite refreshing. The accommodation has all one needs, but the emphasis has to be towards the “outdoors”, the tranquillity it offers and marvellous views of the countryside. Walks galore on your doorstep, or just find a spot to sit and take it all in. Well worth a visit."

"We were a party of four couples. Three had an ensuite bedroom, whilst the fourth couple had a separate upstairs area with their own private toilet and access to their own shower room at the bottom of their staircase. The owner was extremely helpful and quick to respond to any questions (before and after I booked). The beautiful house and location worked perfectly for a group of mature adults. We had everything we needed for a great weekend break."

"The 16c house is quaint with sloping walls and floors, original beams and inglenook fireplaces. Sympathetically renovated with lovely quality finishing. The garden pretty, with lots of spring bulbs emerging and colourful chickens in a stable supplying fresh, warm eggs. Jonathan was the perfect host - attentive, thoughtful and generous. I used the pool, as yet unheated, for invigorating cold water dips, thawing out in a lovely, hot roll-top bath after with a view of the trees. Plentiful dog...

"A lovely clean and spacious property, we spent the week over Christmas and Val made it really welcoming with a few Christmas decorations. Plenty of parking for cars, table tennis in the garage to keep the kids entertained. Would definitely stay again, and the beach is only a short walk away. "

"We had a very magical special weekend away, the house was comfortable, it felt home from home. The views were spectacular, sitting in the lounge watching the sea was so relaxing. We went for some lovely walks and the kids loved playing in the garden. The house had everything you could possibly need! I couldn’t fault it at all! Communication with the owners was very friendly and they were very helpful. I would highly recommend staying :)"

"We had a fantastic week's stay at Sea Esta - so very comfortable, particularly the bed and towels!! It's excellent accommodation for a couple. We greatly enjoyed sitting on the balcony looking out to sea, watching the boats and enjoying the stunning views. The weather was incredible all week and we had some lovely walks from the house, particularly around Pagham Harbour - The Crab and Lobster is a must! Paddy's Plaice is also great for local fish and chips! All in all a fabulous week, so thank...

The dinning table was perfect for us all to sit round looking at old photos going back to our great grandparents up to present day . Plenty of parking area. The house is as described. the bed in the main bedroom the only one we used was very comfortable. Despite being horrible weather the house was always warm and the heating was easy to control. The kitchen is well equipped."
