"The elevator wasn’t working so there was like 20 of us trying to take the stairs and the last door was locked and we couldn’t get out"

"Excellent house keeping! We felt very well cared for and the entire hotel was very clean. My only feedback is that it needs a slight refresh. We were pleasantly surprised that with on a short walk we were on the strip!"

"The Front desk staff may or may not care about requests or complaints - such as Pot smell throughout the floor you are staying on. There is no coffee maker or mini fridge in the rooms if you are wanting that option...and the Beds are not comfortable. They also do not have a Business Center anymore if you are in need of a computer or printer and will not print for you at the front desk. Our stay was for more than 14 days - and with a room change in the middle of that stay. The Carrot Cake from the Brass Fork is amazing though and a plus to our stay."
