"Good location, good sized rooms. Old hotel that they are trying to update in structure but should update their furniture. Beds were TERRIBLE! We had separate beds but both of our mattresses needed to be rotated. They had dips in them that made you roll towards the side and almost off the edge. Good water pressure in shower but difficult to get into. Still has old bathtubs with metal tracks, for the glass shower doors, that you scrape the bottom of your feet on as you try to climb in. Food was good in all the restaurants but gambling floor was too filled with smoke."

"My stay at the Palms Casino Resort was relaxing, fun, and honestly one of the best Vegas experiences I’ve had. The rooms were clean, modern, and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere felt upscale without being overwhelming. Breakfast was very good with several options to choose from. You could enjoy the buffet or eat at the restaurant located near Starbucks, and both were worth trying. The resort also has a McDonald’s inside, which was perfect for quick breakfast runs. If you are a McGriddle person, you are all set. The Starbucks coffee provided in the room was surprisingly good too. We brought Baileys to add to our coffee each morning, and it became one of our favorite parts of the trip. The absolute highlight, however, was the spa. Do not, and I repeat, DO NOT stay at the Palms without taking advantage of the spa. It was top tier — clean, calming, luxurious, and extremely relaxing. The staff was wonderful, professional, and very helpful throughout the entire experience. The spa alone made the trip worth it, and I would absolutely stay here again."

"Everything about this property was spot on. The staff was great, the rooms were clean and very comfortable. It was a great experience. We were able to cook dinner and enjoy the property without leaving. Really nice place. The one and only thing I would say is to upgrade the TV's. I like watching sports while relaxing and the streaming tech is a little outdated and it kept going out so you couldn't stream. "

"The room was clean, the staff was very helpful. The only negative complaint that I have was, we were on the bottom floor, and we could here the people above us, constantly walking back and forth. Especially true in the morning. Next time we'll make sure to get a second story."
