"This was my first time stay at Palm Hotel. My flight got in late and all I wanted to do was rest. When there was a problem with the AC in my (beautiful) room, other accommodations were made in less than ten minutes. They went above and beyond my expectations to show me that they valued me as a guest. The hotel itself is gorgeous and well kept. My room was exquisite and CLEAN and was maintained that way for my entire trip. The restaurants were easy to locate and every meal I had was cooked to perfection and favorable. I didn’t have one experience that I can say was negative. I will definitely stay there again. "
