"Had a lovely stay at the Berkshires Untold! We checked in late and the staff reached out to confirm our arrival time and accommodated us without issue. The lobby was absolutely gorgeous and this renovated motel was very well done. We didn’t get to enjoy the fire pits outside but they looked cozy. We also did not have any food or beverage. The room was perfect for two of us, had all the basic amenities and was charming. Overall had a very pleasant stay! "

"The property, the staff, the rooms were all nice. Staff was very friendly including the restaurant staff. My only concern was a bug on my bed. It wasnt a waterbug, looked more like a small roach. I tried calling the front desk, but no answer. Luckily, I only found that one and didn't see any others. Would I stay here again? I probably would give it another chance only because the staff were so polite and welcoming. But if i were to see another bug, that second stay would be my last stay. "

"We were there only one night, but easily could have stayed a week. The inn is comfortable, close to downtown. The room and bed were great. Everything clean and tasteful. The staff members are incredibly friendly and service-oriented. Great patio with evening drink of sangria. Wonderful location. "
